The Lake Maggiore Area is called Lakes Land because of about ten sheets of water scattered in it here and there. This area, where there are also mountains whose height is not above 1600 meters, offers the possibility of doing trips in ferry boat, of riding and going with mountain-bike besides doing walking tours through numberless paths.

It is furthermore possible to do sports such as golf, glider or paraglider; all this is few minutes by car away.
